Также пишут, что Минобр является собственником. Предлагаю тогда с них и спросить через Роскомнадзор и ФСБ за "случайные" атаки, которые повлекли к взлому и возможной утечке ПД. Получается, что оператор обработки ПД не обеспечил сохранность, допустил доступ третьих лиц - за это предусмотрена ответственность.
