Премьер-министр Армении Никол Пашинян заявил на заседании правительства, что решение о вступлении страны в ЕС может быть принято лишь путем всенародного референдума.
"На данном этапе, до принятия решения о проведении референдума, мы должны обсудить с ЕС "дорожную карту", мы должны разработать эту карту", - сказал Пашинян.
