Практика местами довольно стандартная, но есть и любопытные решения.
Например, если УК хочет прекратить управлять домом по истечении срока договора управления, то просто так ГЖИ изменения в реестр не внесет: надо самой УК организовать ОСС по выбору для жителей новой УК🧐
Ещё есть практика по начислению платы за КР на СОИ: по ОДПУ считать нельзя до принятия такого решения на общем собрании, а решения, принятые до августа 2018 года в отношении ком. услуг (тогда ещё "ОДН") - не подходят и ими руководствоваться нельзя. Такая позиция не во всех регионах.
