Фрагмент моего выступления на конференции. Формат не предполагает получасовых лекций, поэтому я кратко прошёлся, исключительно, в пику тому что было высказано ранее. А именно, в ответ на рассуждения застройщиков о непосильной ноше КРТ, бедственном положении, но при этом с "золотым запасом" в 90% непроданного жилья.
Специально сдерживался до последнего, хотел говорить про BIM технологии и те возможности, которые открывает КРТ, но услышанное заставило чуть чуть поменять тон дискуссии.
Вот поэтому я больше почти не работаю с застройщиками из-за своего скверного характера и у меня горит вечно.
