Эти военнослужащие попали в плен с ранениями. После стабилизации состояния и оказания необходимой медицинской помощи они были возвращены в Россию практически с линии фронта.

Процесс взаимного, безусловного возвращения раненых должен носить исключительно гуманитарный характер и не становиться предметом политических переговоров или затяжных согласований.
