«В правительстве, Думе и в экспертном сообществе обсуждается законопроект, который может полностью отменить поверку счётчиков, передавая их на баланс водоканалов и освобождая потребителей от ответственности за их эксплуатацию без поверки», — сказала Останина.
Счётчики в этом случае будут собственностью коммунальных организаций.
И так граждан «просто-напросто грабят, постоянно повышая тарифы ЖКХ и перекладывая на них обязанности государства», отметила Останина, «пусть хоть в этом оно повернется лицом к народу».
