Overall, today, the majority of the space inside the room is used to seat students, making it hard to move around, while the walls are mainly used to display decorations. It is suggested to free up some space for extracurricular activities and replace the decorations with informative banners, all to make the studying experience more comfortable for students.

Today, the room is entered through a single tinted glass door on the right side. The teacher's desk is located right across from the entrance, with all the equipment, teaching materials, and students' assignments stacked onto it. On the wall behind the teacher, there is a grid of his IELTS certificates with a Harry Potter styled analog clock to the right of it. In the middle of the same wall, there is a large chalkboard with a rolling projector screen right above it. In the corner between that wall and the entrance, there are anime figurines and other toys standing on a five-level bookshelf, with anime posters hung on the walls around it. The wall right across from the entrance is used to display the certificates of past students, while the other two walls are generally empty with a few educational banners scattered around. The floor space is mainly occupied by twenty one double desks and two single desks, arranged into four parallel rows, with the maximum cumulative capacity of 44 students, who all sit facing the teacher and the blackboard.

All the proposed changes are meant to improve the learning experience of students. The teacher's desk will be replaced with a bigger one, and a a few shelves will be placed on top of it to make the working space more organised. The old equipment will be renewed, and the clock will be changed to a modern, digital one. The chalkboard will be replaced with a modern smartboard; the projector will now become obsolete and will, therefore, be removed. The bookshelf near the entrance will be removed completely, together with all the figurines and toys, and a bigger bookshelf will take its place to showcase a wide selection of English books. All the posters and the existing banners will be taken down to make room for a number of new, more informative banners, while all the certificates will remain in their place. As for student desks, they will be reduced in number and have their arrangement changed to facilitate communication and co-operation between students, while the freed up space will now accommodate a homework zone.

Overall, although the two genders take part in different sports, they have almost the same total participation figure, constituting the majority of children. Outside sports, boys and girls participate in the same activities, with computer games being the most popular activity among the former and reading - among the latter. Listening to music is the only activity which attracts the same proportions of boys and girls.

With both boys and girls, sporting activities are slightly more popular that non-sporting ones, but the two genders participate in completely different types of sport. The sport which is the most preferred by boys is basketball, while for girls it is dancing, with both figures standing at just over a quarter of children. The second-most popular sport, done by around a sixth of each gender, is a ball sport: soccer for boys and netball for girls. Skateboarding and gymnastics tail the list for boys and girls, respectively, with both activities done by one in nine children.

By contrast, non-sporting activities are the same for both genders, but boys and girls have different preferences. Computer games are the activity which attracts a third of boys, but it is twice less popular with girls. On the other hand, every fifth girl reads, while almost no boy participates in this activity. Finally, the activity which is equally popular with both genders is listening to music, at one-tenth of the total.
