با سلام به دنبال انعقاد توافق نامه بین دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تهران، معاونت علمی، فناوری و اقتصاد دانش بنیان ریاست جمهوری و وزارت بهداشت، درمان و آموزش پزشکی مبنی بر تفویض ماموریت سیاستگذاری، مدیریت، راهبری و بهره برداری از تمام قابلیت ها و ظرفیت های کشور اعم از دولتی و خصوصی به دانشگاه برای توسعه هوش مصنوعی در سلامت، و به منظور تحقق اهداف توافقنامه، شورای راهبری و سیاستگذاری توسعه هوش مصنوعی تشکیل شد. بدینوسیله به استحضار می رساند که بر اساس مصوبات این شورا، اولین فراخوان کشوری طرح های مبتنی بر هوش مصنوعی محصول-محور آغاز شده است. کلیه پیشنهادات ارسال شده در هر عنوان در کمیته ای تخصصی و بر اساس معیارهای مشخص، داوری شده و از برترین پیشنهادات حمایت می شود. تاریخ دریافت پروپوزال ها تا 15 تیرماه 1404 خواهد بود. مشخصات فراخوان، فرم پروپوزال و موضوعات فراخوان به پیوست تقدیم می شود. معاونت تحقیقات و فناوری

In the past, it was noticed that through bulk SMSes, investors were induced to invest in or purchase the stocks of certain listed companies. The last couple days have exemplified that uncertainty. On Thursday, news emerged that talks in Turkey between the Russia and Ukraine yielded no positive result. But on Friday, Reuters reported that Russian President Vladimir Putin said there had been some “positive shifts” in talks between the two sides. The news also helped traders look past another report showing decades-high inflation and shake off some of the volatility from recent sessions. The Bureau of Labor Statistics' February Consumer Price Index (CPI) this week showed another surge in prices even before Russia escalated its attacks in Ukraine. The headline CPI — soaring 7.9% over last year — underscored the sticky inflationary pressures reverberating across the U.S. economy, with everything from groceries to rents and airline fares getting more expensive for everyday consumers. The channel appears to be part of the broader information war that has developed following Russia's invasion of Ukraine. The Kremlin has paid Russian TikTok influencers to push propaganda, according to a Vice News investigation, while ProPublica found that fake Russian fact check videos had been viewed over a million times on Telegram. This ability to mix the public and the private, as well as the ability to use bots to engage with users has proved to be problematic. In early 2021, a database selling phone numbers pulled from Facebook was selling numbers for $20 per lookup. Similarly, security researchers found a network of deepfake bots on the platform that were generating images of people submitted by users to create non-consensual imagery, some of which involved children.
