به گزارش منابع موثق خبری؛ مریم کریمی، فعال گردشگری اهل رشت از سوی دستگاه قضایی جمهوری اسلامی به دو سال و هفت ماه حبس محکوم شده است. این حکم به‌صورت حبس با نظارت الکترونیکی در محدوده شهر رشت اجرا می‌شود. اتهامات او شامل «دعوت به نافرمانی مدنی»، «انتشار تصاویر مغایر با عفت عمومی» و «تبلیغ علیه نظام» است. کریمی با رد این اتهامات، فعالیت‌های خود را اعتراضی مسالمت‌آمیز نسبت به حجاب اجباری عنوان کرده است. او در اردیبهشت سال گذشته پس از یورش نیروهای امنیتی به منزلش بازداشت شده بود.
