Группа компаний «Софтлайн» завершила первый этап сделки по приобретению 51% доли в «Омег-Альянс», о которой мы писали ещё в феврале. В рамках второго этапа «Софтлайн» планирует довести свою долю до 100%.
«Омег-Альянс» специализируется на консалтинге в области производственного и операционного менеджмента. «Софтлайн» интегрирует новое приобретение в своё направление промышленного ПО — SL Prom Soft, которое является частью новообразованного кластера FabricaONE.AI.
Примечательно, что сделка была проведена, в первую очередь, за счёт акций. По словам менеджмента «Софтлайн», это позволит минимизировать нагрузку на баланс группы.
Согласно данным Rusprofile, «Омег-Альянс» находится в состоянии спада: начиная с 2022 года выручка компании упала в три раза — с 455 млн руб. до 153 млн руб. С прибылью ситуация ещё хуже — лишь за 2024 год она упала на 91%. Возможно, именно это и стало причиной вхождения «Омег-Альянс» в состав более крупного игрока, а «Софтлайн», в свою очередь, смог провести сделку с дисконтом📌 ™️СофтТех
