В декабре прошлого года мы писали о том, что принят новый закон, и на тот момент выявленный объект культурного наследия ДК "Строитель" вызывал тревогу за свою судьбу. И вот Измайлово, наконец, получило еще один памятник!

Приказ Департамента культурного наследия города Москвы от 18 июля 2025 г. № 369 "О включении выявленного объекта культурного наследия "Дом культуры "Строитель”, 1952 г., архитектор Г.Я.Чалтыкьян", расположенного по адресу: г. Москва, вн.тер.г. м.о. Измайлово, Измайловская пл., д. 1А, в единый государственный реестр объектов культурного наследия (памятников истории и культуры) народов Российской Федерации в качестве объекта культурного наследия регионального значения (памятника), об утверждении границ его территории и предмета охраны".
