Масштабный проект по очистке скал начался еще в 2020 году. Карелия стала одним из первых российских регионов, где проводились подобные работы, и за 3 года в республике было очищено более 37 тысяч квадратных метров скал.
Специалисты уже очистили скалы вдоль автомобильных трасс „Кола“, „Сортавала“ и региональных дорог в Медвежьегорском, Лахденпохском, Сортавальском, Пряжинском районах, а теперь и в Кемском районах республики.
