По данным исследования института, в 2023 году в городе в жилых домах проживал 1 млн 655 тыс. человек.
Из них 1 млн 334 тыс. прописаны или зарегистрированы в многоквартирных домах (данные управляющих компаний), 321 тысяча – в индивидуальных жилых домах и садоводческих товариществах (данные Краснодарстата, ЕГРН и администраций округов).
