То в виде шаманского бубна, то в виде связки каких-то верёвочек и ключей, то в виде куклы из кожаных лоскутков и веток терновника. Я когда-то увидел во сне книгу о подлинной магичности предметного мира, загорелся, но потом понял, что это тоже чья-то душа, кого-то из моих учеников или учителей в прошлом.
Что-то очень простое, древнее, лимбическое.
Но я думаю, что и современная склонность к потреблению, бытовой культ сложных и дорогих вещей как-то со всем этим связан. Люди ищут свою душу, перебирая всё возможные варианты, тратя на это все свободные силы, время и деньги. Коллекционирования и хобби сюда тоже относятся. Художник, например, ищет ту самую Кисть. Убийца — Нож. Это очень, очень долгое и хлопотливое занятие, перебирать все предметы по одному. Но и никаких других тут, для нас, похоже, не предусмотрено.
