Волжский районный суд Саратова заключил под стражу бывшего начальника ФКУ Областная туберкулезная больница №1 УФСИН по Саратовской области Павла Гаценко и экс-начальника отдела безопасности больницы Сергея Мальцева. Как сообщили «Ъ» в суде, они будет находиться под стражей два месяца, до 25 января 2022 года. Оба обвиняются в организации насильственных действий сексуального характера (ч. 3 ст. 33, п. «а» ч. 2 ст. 132 УК РФ).
Павел Гаценко и Сергей Мальцев были уволены из управления ФСИН по Саратовской области после того, как были опубликованы видеозаписи с фактами насилия в ОТБ-1 регионального УФСИН. Также были уволены заместитель начальника по безопасности и оперативной работе больницы Сергей Салов и начальник оперативного отдела исправительного учреждения Антон Бочков.

On February 27th, Durov posted that Channels were becoming a source of unverified information and that the company lacks the ability to check on their veracity. He urged users to be mistrustful of the things shared on Channels, and initially threatened to block the feature in the countries involved for the length of the war, saying that he didn’t want Telegram to be used to aggravate conflict or incite ethnic hatred. He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations.
