Курорт на 3800 номеров сможет принимать до 500 тысяч гостей в год. Будет создано 2,5 тысячи рабочих мест. Строительство запланировано в три этапа до 2031 года. Согласно графику, первых туристов курорт сможет принимать в 2028 году.
