Распоряжение о выделении353,2 млн рублей подписал 22 октября 2022 года Михаил Мишустин. В рамках финансирования возможность пройти медицинское обследование получат более 80 тысяч детей молодых регионов.
Субсидии будут выделены из резервного фонда Правительства РФ и направлены Национальному медицинскому исследовательскому центру здоровья детей Минздрава РФ.
