«В 2023 году Казиев в открытом доступе в социальной сети «Вконтакте» разместил комментарий к публикации в виде лозунга, который согласно ФЗ 1995 года №80 «Об увековечении Победы советского народа в Великой Отечественной войне 1941 - 1945 годов» признан незаконным», — говорится в сообщении.
Молодой человек признан виновным по ч.1 ст.20.3 КоАП РФ (пропаганда либо публичное демонстрирование нацистской атрибутики или символики, либо атрибутики или символики экстремистских организаций).
