На вооружении США как минимум три известных крупных APT-группы: 🔸Equation — действует под управлением АНБ. 🔸Lamberts (Longhorn) — подразделение ЦРУ. 🔸APT-C-57 — изучена китайской Qihoo 360, но, по их данным, не относится ни к АНБ, ни к ЦРУ.
Важно понимать, что указания Хегсета (или кого-то выше) не имеют влияния на эти структуры: ✅Equation точно не подчиняется таким приказам. ✅Lamberts, скорее всего, тоже. ✅APT-C-57 вообще остается вне контекста.
Получается, ситуация напоминает абсурд: будто бы командование Береговой охраны США запретило своим кораблям заходить в Чёрное море. Только вот кораблей там и не было, и на баланс сил это никак не влияет.
Если кто-то поверил в "остановку" американских киберопераций, значит, пропаганда отлично сработала.
