Разовый налог будет вводиться для организаций, у которых средняя арифметическая величина прибыли за 2021 и 2022 годы оказалась выше 1 млрд рублей. Ставка устанавливается в размере 10% от суммы превышения прибыли. Уплачиваться налог будет до 28 января 2024 года. Председатель нижней палаты парламента России Вячеслав Володин так прокомментировал новый закон: «Речь идет о сверхприбыли. Такие отрасли у нас есть. И решение касается именно этой сферы. Мы должны быть ответственны перед гражданами и страной, принимая решение».
