Сообщения Reuters очень похожи на провокацию, причем поверит в то, что американское АНБ имеет полномочия средства осуществлять кибератаки, очень сложно. В развивающемся противостоянии США и КНР подобные вбросы явно не в пользу для репутации Трампа. Ждем официальной реакции Пекина.
