Предлагаемая мера поддержки будет способствовать улучшению финансового положения участников СВО и их семей, а также поможет бойцам успешнее вернуться к мирной жизни после выполнения боевых задач.
Государство должно предоставить таким гражданам возможность начать все с чистого листа и не нести бремя последствий прошлых задолженностей.
