Общественный помощник ЛДПР Александр Горбунов провёл встречу с жителями дома 9 по ул. Московская в Липецке. Липчане озвучили партийцу наболевшие вопросы, касающиеся благоустройства двора.

Жителям важно иметь хорошую детскую площадку. Для её модернизации договорились проработать варианты софинансирования. Кроме того, необходимо отремонтировать тротуарные дорожки вокруг дома.

Жильцы также обратили внимание активиста ЛДПР на опасную яму с торца здания - её нужно забетонировать. Ещё требуется ремонт придомовой проезжей части. Обсудили и благоустройство мест под парковки для автомобилей.

Также напротив 7-го подъезда нужен безопасный переход через ул. Московскую, а ещё нормальное освещение двора. По каждому пункту ЛДПР будет прорабатывать решения с управляющей компанией и администрацией.

Telegram has gained a reputation as the “secure” communications app in the post-Soviet states, but whenever you make choices about your digital security, it’s important to start by asking yourself, “What exactly am I securing? Telegram is certainly not the most secure messaging app on the market right now. Its security model requires users to place a great deal of trust in Telegram’s ability to protect user data. For some users, this may be good enough for now. For others, it may be wiser to move to a different platform for certain kinds of high-risk communications. You may recall that, back when Facebook started changing WhatsApp’s terms of service, a number of news outlets reported on, and even recommended, switching to Telegram. Pavel Durov even said that users should delete WhatsApp “unless you are cool with all of your photos and messages becoming public one day.” But Telegram can’t be described as a more-secure version of WhatsApp. Since January 2022, the SC has received a total of 47 complaints and enquiries on illegal investment schemes promoted through Telegram. These fraudulent schemes offer non-existent investment opportunities, promising very attractive and risk-free returns within a short span of time. They commonly offer unrealistic returns of as high as 1,000% within 24 hours or even within a few hours. At this point, however, Durov had already been working on Telegram with his brother, and further planned a mobile-first social network with an explicit focus on anti-censorship. Later in April, he told TechCrunch that he had left Russia and had “no plans to go back,” saying that the nation was currently “incompatible with internet business at the moment.” He added later that he was looking for a country that matched his libertarian ideals to base his next startup. Either way, Durov says that he withdrew his resignation but that he was ousted from his company anyway. Subsequently, control of the company was reportedly handed to oligarchs Alisher Usmanov and Igor Sechin, both allegedly close associates of Russian leader Vladimir Putin.
