Повлиять на рост тарифов ЖКХ может предстоящая масштабная модернизация коммунальной инфраструктуры в стране, пояснила зампред Комитета Госдумы по строительству и жилищно-коммунальному хозяйству Светлана Разворотнева.
«Около трёх триллионов рублей на обновление сетей ЖКХ ещё будет нужно где-то взять. Поэтому у нас уже появляются инвестиционные надбавки в тарифах, что тоже влияет на их размер», — заявила она.
