По поручению Президента Владимира Путина строим кампус «СахалинТех», открыли «Школу 21» и филиал Щукинского училища, создаем новые культурные площадки. Всё это для того, чтобы сделать жизнь на островах более яркой и комфортной, дать возможности для самореализации сахалинцев и курильчан прямо здесь и сейчас. Это и есть настоящее народосбережение.
