В столичных университетах по отдельным направлениям плата за обучение выросла в среднем на 30%, в петербургских — на 15–20%, а в воронежском меде по направлению «педиатрия» тариф и вовсе подскочил более чем на 50%. В Минздраве «Ъ» заверили, что этот процесс в подведомственных учебных заведениях проходит «в строгом соответствии с нормативными затратами». В вузах же объясняют, что затраты растут в связи с внедрением «новой научно-исследовательской образовательной модели» и увеличением нагрузки на профессорско-преподавательский состав. Эксперты полагают, что это приведет к росту спроса на заключение договоров о целевом обучении со стороны абитуриентов.

Apparently upbeat developments in Russia's discussions with Ukraine helped at least temporarily send investors back into risk assets. And this seems like an excuse to kick the can further down the road still and not do too much too soon."
