Предлагается:
▪️штраф до 5 тыс. руб. за выгул детей на четвереньках; ▪️штрафы родителям, чей ребенок покусал прохожего, за вред здоровью, вплоть до уголовного преследования; ▪️ если квадробер испортил чужое имущество, родителям придется возместить ущерб; ▪️ запрет популяризации квадробинга в соцсетях.
А при повторном нарушении ребенка могут поставить на учет в полицию.
