Следствие полагает, что женщина вступила в сговор с неизвестными, общаясь с ними в телеге, приобрела три флакона зелёнки и вылила содержимое в урну УИК на Макаренко 15 марта.
В урне на момент инцидента находилось 38 бюллетеней, один был испорчен и признан недействительным. Женщина вину признала, дело передано в суд.
