Установлено, что с сентября 2023 по март 2024 года владелец АЗС в нарушение требований промышленной и пожарной безопасности, а также санитарно-эпидемиологического законодательства продавал углеводородный газ без лицензии.
Казбековский районный суд признал его виновным по ч. 1 ст. 238 (Оказание услуг, не отвечающих требованиям безопасности жизни или здоровья потребителей) УК РФ.
