В их выявлении могли бы помочь квадрокоптеры с тепловизорами, в том числе те, которые по некоторым неофициальным данным обещал около двух месяцев назад военным на границе Губернатор Курской области Роман Старовойт. Но, видимо, замотался совсем за более важными делами или понадеялся на забывчивых сотрудников...
Значит будем собирать и на коптер с тепловизором для границы Курской области.
