🔺Всего в России в первой половине 2025-го запустили 17,8 млн кв. метров. При этом в июне вывели на рынок 2,9 млн «квадратов» – на 8% больше, чем в мае (2,7 млн кв. метров), но на 29% меньше, чем в аналогичном периоде 2024-го (4,1 млн)
