Интересно, с чем связано сокращение штата сотрудников, ибо по отзывам местных жителей, сотрудников медицинских учреждений не хватает, например, талончики к терапевту приравнялись к чему-то космическому. По идее, в такой сложный период должны дорожить каждым сотрудником, чтобы равномерно распределить нагрузку. Если скажут что не хватает средств на их содержание (зп), не поверю.
