В ходатайстве следствия говорится, что избрание более мягкой меры пресечения невозможно, потому что журналистка «скрывается от следствия, в связи с чем имеются основания полагать, что в настоящее время [она] продолжает заниматься преступной деятельностью».
О возбуждении уголовного дела против Фельгенгауэр стало известно в сентябре. Журналистка не живет в России.
