«Во-первых, российская сторона должна извиниться перед Азербайджаном. Во-вторых, должна признать свою вину. В-третьих, виновные должны быть наказаны, привлечены к уголовной ответственности, и Азербайджанскому государству, пострадавшим пассажирам и членам экипажа должны быть выплачены компенсации», — сказал Алиев.
Он добавил, что Россия выполнила первое требование вчера и выразил надежду, что и другие условия Азербайджана будут приняты.
