Для заместителя председателя партии «Яблоко» Льва Шлосберга, задержанного по уголовному делу о повторной «дискредитации» российской армии (часть 1 статьи 280.3 УК), следствие просит избрать меру пресечения в виде домашнего ареста. Об этом РБК сообщил зампред псковского отделения партии Яна Иванова.
Заседание суда по избранию меры пресечения Шлосбергу состоится позднее 11 июня. Заседание пройдет в закрытом режиме. Политика задержали 10 июня и отправили в изолятор временного содержания.
