Все больше убеждаюсь, что самое главное в управлении крупным проектом - управление интеграцией и приоритетами. Управление сроками, содержанием, рисками, поставками и остальные области знаний являются вторичными и необходимы именно для обеспечения интеграции и выбора приоритетов в проекте.
