После работ Юрия Михайловича Львова нас сложно тронуть керамическими фигурками людей, но вот эта серия из пяти статуэток, созданных в 1958 г. знаменитой шведской керамисткой Лизой Ларсон для компании «Gustavsberg», не смогла оставить нас равнодушными. Серия называется «ABC girls» по первым буквам имен девушек («АБВГДевушки») и состоит из пяти персонажей, четыре из которых (Амалия, Беата, Шарлотта и Эмма) погружены в чтение, а пятая (Дора) стоит в кокетливой позе.

However, this 1958 series created by Lisa Larson, a prominent Swedish ceramist, for Gustavsberg did impress us. The set is called “ABC girls” (for the first letters of the girls’ names) and consists of five girls: four of them (Amalia, Beata, Charlotta, and Emma) are shown reading books and the fifth girl (Dora) is standing without a book, but with a cool air about her.
