Главе ведомства доложат о ходе расследования уголовного дела по информации о нападении мигрантов на участников СВО в Челябинске
В социальных сетях сообщается, что в Челябинске в новогоднюю ночь толпа пьяных мигрантов напала на двух молодых людей, демобилизованных с передовой, одного бойца ударили дубинкой. Также отмечается, что мигранты оскорбили жен ветеранов специальной военной операции.
В целях установления всех обстоятельств следственными органами СУ СК России по Челябинской области возбуждено уголовное дело по признакам преступления, предусмотренного ч.2 ст. 213 УК РФ (хулиганство).
Председатель СК России поручил руководителю СУ СК России по Челябинской области Решетникову П.Г. доложить о ходе расследования уголовного дела и установленных обстоятельствах.
