По информации канала SHOT суета со стрельбой и задержаниями в г. Тутаев Ярославской области связана с тем, что туда приехало около 20 человек из Рыбинска на "стрелку".

Сотрудники правоохранительных орагнов стрелу сорвали, участников задержали.
