Об этом сообщили в Российском деловом центре в Афганистане. Как отметил его глава Рустам Хабибуллин, также ожидается одобрение на трудоустройство афганских специалистов в Чечне, Дагестане и Краснодарском крае.
Кроме того, афганские специалисты сельского хозяйства — животноводы, ветеринары и агрономы — готовы сотрудничать с российскими аграриями. В ДНР и ЛНР строительные бригады займутся расчисткой территорий и восстановлением инфраструктуры.
