Теперь ставка по льготной ипотеке в Сбере составит 5,85% – такая ставка предлагается при первоначальном взносе от 20%, электронной регистрации сделки в «ДомКлик» и страховании жизни и здоровья заемщика.
Также Сбер сохраняет проекты субсидирования ставок с застройщиками – квартиры в них можно купить в ипотеку со ставкой от 0,1% годовых.
