Планируется построить порядка 700 000 кв. м жилья со всей необходимой инфраструктурой: две школы, два детских сада, спортивный комплекс, стадион, парк.
Комплексное развитие территорий - перспективный механизм. Будем стараться, чтобы его все больше применяли и в других регионах страны.
Поэтому для поддержки КРТ предусмотрено финансирование в новом бюджете, который приняла Государственная Дума.
