Мое гражданское мнение - власть должна оперировать законом и судом, а если за критику звучит"щаз приедут поцоны" - такие местные властители должны разделять с "поцонами" их нелегкую лагерную участь. Нормальный чиновник в идеале должен как огня, до тряски в коленях, бояться даже намека на связь с криминалом. Ну да, наивно это и смешно, понимаю.
