Потому что там сидят люди из «техносреды», которые дружно и энергично составляют уже не «альянс», а просто неразличимо общую среду - вместе с тем, кто предлагают карать за «кражу традиционных ценностей», стимулировать рождаемость, выплачивая за беременность старшеклассницам, убрать из кино все «греховное» и т.д. и т.п.
