МО при своем желании давно уже могло сделать в автомобильных войсках такую технику и поставлять в штурмовые подразделения, эвакуационные группы.
Всего то нужно взять разработчика данной техники, додумать под военные цели, поставить систему отстрела дымовой завесы, сделать автоматическую подкачку шин, чтоб если прострелили доехать можно было, и еще какие-то свои фишки, я не инженер, но мыслю как штурмовик.
