Ранее Совет ЕС сообщил, что Евросоюз утвердил 13-й пакет санкций против России, в рамках которого ввел ограничительные меры в отношении 106 физических и 88 юридических лиц, в том числе из таких стран, как Китай, Индия, Шри-Ланка, Сербия, Казахстан, Таиланд, Турция. Не входящая в Евросоюз Швейцария поддерживает его санкции против России, введенные в связи с ее спецоперацией.
