Чиновник связывает дефицит кадров с низкими зарплатами. По его данным, в среднем по Москве водители получают 100–110 тысяч рублей, тогда как в МЧС — 80 тысяч. Это приводит к оттоку специалистов в другие отрасли. Уваркин в письме просит выделить дополнительное финансирование в размере 430 млн рублей на оставшиеся месяцы 2025 года.

Ukrainian forces successfully attacked Russian vehicles in the capital city of Kyiv thanks to a public tip made through the encrypted messaging app Telegram, Ukraine's top law-enforcement agency said on Tuesday.
