Наибольшая часть плательщиков НДФЛ - 82,1% - получают годовой доход до 1 млн рублей до вычета налога. Всего в стране насчитывается 65,3 млн плательщиков НДФЛ, следует из материалов Минфина. Хотя, по данным Росстата, на начало 2023 года в стране было 83,4 млн человек в трудоспособном возрасте.
