Объем бюджетных инвестиций в создание Каспийского прибрежного кластера к 2030 году составит 12 млрд руб., внебюджетных — 64 млрд руб. сообщает «Кавказ.РФ».
В госкорпорации отметили, что сейчас ведется работа с более чем десятком потенциальных инвесторов, намеревающихся получить статус резидента особой экономической зоны в 2023 году.
Планируется, что к 2030 году курорт на Каспийском побережье будет предоставлять 13 тыс. мест размещений, обеспечит работой более 7 тыс. человек. Ожидаемый турпоток составляет 450 тыс. человек в год.

And that is why they let people choose whether they want their messages to be encrypted or not. When not turned on, though, chats are stored on Telegram's services, which are scattered throughout the world. But it has "disclosed 0 bytes of user data to third parties, including governments," Telegram states on its website. "The argument from Telegram is, 'You should trust us because we tell you that we're trustworthy,'" Maréchal said. "It's really in the eye of the beholder whether that's something you want to buy into." Asked about its stance on disinformation, Telegram spokesperson Remi Vaughn told AFP: "As noted by our CEO, the sheer volume of information being shared on channels makes it extremely difficult to verify, so it's important that users double-check what they read." The message was not authentic, with the real Zelenskiy soon denying the claim on his official Telegram channel, but the incident highlighted a major problem: disinformation quickly spreads unchecked on the encrypted app.
