Все эти деньги не ведут к созданию никаких продуктов для гражданского потребления, но при этом попадают на потребительский рынок. Для рынка это буквально деньги из ниоткуда. И на такое количество денег в российской экономике не хватает должного количества товаров, т.к. их производство не растет в условиях кадрового дефицита и санкционных трудностей с доступом к импорту.
